2019 Shiraz
“This gets some traditional treatment with hand picking and then Basket pressing . It then gets two years in American oak, which manifests itself especially on the nose with its distinctive vanillin and slightly coconut character. It all sits together well with balance and oodles of flavour intensity. It retains a bright , lively palate with a sustained smooth finish.” 90/100 Ray Jordan. Cellar 7 years.

2021 Sauvignon blanc

Franc & Ruby Port
This is a 50/50 blend of ruby cabernet and cabernet franc. There’s some nice spirit supporting it. A vintage port style made in 2020 with striking Ruby colour and dominant fruit flavours. A Clean lingering finish.
